Support Local Businesses & Promote Affordable Housing.
Implement initiatives such as tax incentives, grants, and low-interest loans to support local businesses, especially those owned by minorities and women. Work with developers to allocate resources and streamline processes for the construction of affordable housing units. Propose policies to ensure a certain percentage of new developments include affordable housing, establish community land trust to preserve land for affordable housing, and prevent displacement of residents due to gentrification.

Protect Tallahassee's Natural Environment.
Invest in green infrastructure projects such as urban forests, green roofs, and rain gardens to mitigate the effects of climate change, improve air quality, and protect natural habitats. Expand conservation efforts by partnering with local environmental organizations and implementing policies to protect sensitive ecosystems and wildlife habitats. Promote the adoption of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power through incentives grants, and partnerships with utility companies.

Decrease Tallahassee's Violence Crime Rate.
Strengthening community policing initiatives to build trust between law enforcement and residents, focusing on collaborative problem-solving and crime prevention strategies. Increase funding for youth development programs, after-school activities, and mentorship programs to provide alternatives for at-risk youth and reduce involvement in criminal activities. Address the root causes of crime such as poverty, lack of education, and substance abuse through targeted social services, job training programs, and mental health resources.

Transparent & Clear Communication in the Commission.
Fire City Manager Reese Goad, and hire a new transparent and affordable City Manager. Work to not mock, laugh, or make fun of public speakers as they speak to the City Commission as Diane William Cox does.
Work with all the City Commissioners and Mayor for the better of the city to include public input on all City Blueprint Projects, or City Development.
